Management Team

ECT’s senior management team consists of six highly experienced engineers – all with 20 plus years with CCC – and each with over 25 years of experience in providing control systems and services to the energy, biofuels, and industrial/manufacturing industries. The team has influenced the writing of standards for control solutions in markets such as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), ethylene, offshore production platforms, power recovery trains in refineries, and plant air systems.

Members of the management team are well known in the industry through associations with industry societies and through technical publications. The management team has worked together at ECT for eight years, with the majority having worked together for over 25 years.

Their background includes all operational aspects of the company from sales, engineering, field service, R&D, supply chain, and financial as well as hands-on experience in engineering and commissioning hundreds of turbomachinery control systems worldwide.

In addition to many years of actual plant experience, several of ECT’s founders have advanced engineering and business degrees, have been awarded multiple US and foreign patents, and are licensed Professional Engineers. Each team member’s skill set has carried them to a high-level management position, providing a knowledge and experience base that rivals any competitor company.

Paul Fisher, President

Paul Fisher is President of Energy Control Technologies (ECT) and has 36 years of experience (21 years at CCC and 15 years at ECT) in turbomachinery controls with experience in applications, algorithm development, project engineering, sales, marketing, and management. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Iowa State University. He holds two patents in the area of compressor control.
